- Single lap, road
- Course:
- start at the North end of of Crag Lane (beyond Harlow Carr Gardens),
- run past the Finish,
- left towards Harrogate on B6162 Otley Road,
- on to the traffic lights, left onto Harlow Moor Road
- down a steep slope to a narrow bridge (care), then a climb up Penny Pot Lane
- left onto B6161
- climb up Pot Bank
- left onto the B6162 Otley Road
- left into Crag Lane to finish
- Travel/Location: Harlow Carr Gardens, signed from Harrogate or

- Limited parking, and changing/showering/supper at Harrogate Squash Club situated 10 minutes walk from the Start/Finish
- Further parking near Harlow Carr Gardens, near Start and Finish - park as directed
