Directions from the South

- turn left, be careful with the sharp right bend, go to the A6108;
- go right ahead & then left ahead, at the Z-bend-junction, onto Sedbury Back Lane (unmarked except for our sign) for 2 miles & you're into Gilling West
- ...car parking will be signed or marshalled...
- if you miss the Scurragh Lane turn, continue to Scotch Corner then take the A66 (signed to the Lake District) for a couple of miles until you see the sign for Gilling West on your left; turn left, go down the hill & Gilling West is at the bottom...this second option is also the easiest way back to the A1 as there is no right turn, south from Scurragh Lane.

Changing & toilets at the Village Hall, additional toilets at The Angel Inn.
