- Start Top of Westfields road, 5 mins run from car park
- Finish At the same point
- Course follows a single tarmac road then
bridlepath uphill to Hurgill Rd,
turn left and follow road for 1.5 miles,
downhill from Applegarth
then follow the coast to coast path for 1.5 miles [grass and stone track] before finishing
back down onto Westfields and 600m to the finish.
Approx distance 5.4 miles.
